Architectures for intelligence, observation, and complex systems.
We study how humans, artificial intelligence, and scientific models observe complex realities, represent uncertainty, make selections, and connect those selections to responsible action.
How can we understand complex realities without reducing different observers, models, and scales to a single viewpoint?
Many difficult problems do not arise only from missing information. They also arise because observers, purposes, timescales, and models reveal different aspects of the same reality. SRI develops structures that keep those differences visible while supporting accountable decisions.
Three connected fields of inquiry.
Intent, Selection, and Observation
Intent Physics, Selection Geometry, and Observer Theory examine the relationships among observation, representation, selection, and responsibility.
AI and Intelligence Architecture
We study memory, context, multi-agent systems, decision support, governance, and sustained collaboration between people and AI.
Quantum and Physical Systems
Our work considers measurement, information, energy, quantum mechanics, physical simulation, and the limits of scientific representation.
Build structures that can be questioned, tested, and revised.
We move between questions, models, simulations, prototypes, observations, and revisions. Every output identifies its status and limits. AI-generated material is treated as a candidate for verification, not as evidence by itself.
Publish research in units that can be examined.

Sometimes the need is not another answer, but a better way to see the problem.
We work with researchers, technology teams, companies, and public organizations on difficult questions involving AI, science, and complex systems.
