Research & AI Implementation Support

SRI supports the utilization of AI across research, business, education, and the public sector—ranging from information organization to system design, verification, and operation. Rather than focusing solely on implementation, we first clarify the problems to be solved, the available evidence, and the decisions that must remain human-led.
Our Approach
Simply introducing AI tools does not automatically improve the quality of work or research. We design a comprehensive operational system that encompasses objectives, data, authority, verification processes, and recovery procedures in case of failure. We verify functionality through small-scale prototypes before gradually expanding the scope of application.
L1 | Corporate & Organizational
We provide support for AI literacy, business process optimization, structuring internal knowledge, prompt and workflow design, and small-scale prototyping. Our goal is to establish a sustainable system within daily operations that the person in charge can fully understand and manage.
- Pre-AI implementation business/problem assessment
- Transforming internal documents and public information into knowledge bases
- Quality standards and verification workflows for Generative AI
- Education and training programs
- Multilingual content management
L2 | Researchers & R&D
We support the mapping of literature and evidence, structuring research hypotheses, searching for counterexamples, experimental support systems, technical investigations, and the multilingual dissemination of research results. We design processes that ensure AI outputs are not confused with research findings and allow users to trace back to the original evidence.
- Evidence databases and literature reviews
- Organization of conceptual and mathematical models
- AI agents for research
- Editing preprints and technical documents
- Analysis and visualization using public data
L3 | Public & National Scale
We address challenges involving numerous stakeholders and long-term timelines, such as regional development, education, healthcare/welfare, transportation, policy, and long-term technological strategies. Rather than generating a single automated solution, we envision decision-making frameworks that include multiple scenarios, impact assessments, termination conditions, and accountability.
- Integration, visualization, and multilingualization of public data
- Comparison of policy and institutional scenarios
- AI governance and auditability
- Design of long-term social and civilization systems
Standard Process
- Consultation: Confirming background, objectives, and constraints
- Problem Definition: Separating tasks handled by AI from those requiring human judgment
- Evidence Verification: Checking available materials, quality, rights, and confidentiality
- Small-scale Prototyping: Verifying functionality and risks within a limited scope
- Evaluation: Assessing not just accuracy, but also load, safety, and explainability
- Phased Implementation: Operating alongside monitoring, shutdown, and recovery procedures
Out of Scope
We do not provide medical diagnoses via AI, individual legal judgments, replacements for investment decisions, or ungrounded automated decision-making. We also refrain from using expressions that guarantee results or presenting unverified proprietary theories as established facts to influence implementation decisions.
